Welcome to the Loyalty Rewards Program! This program is our way of rewarding you for making Loess Hills Harley-Davidson® your dealership of choice for all things Harley-Davidson®. This program is offered to our customer at no cost, subject to the program terms and conditions. Points are awarded through purchases and bonus points are awarded for special promotions.
How it works
You will receive 1 point for every $1.00 you spend at Loess Hills Harley-Davidson® in Parts, MotorClothes® and Service (excluding taxes, on-line purchases, purchase of Pre-Paid Maintenance and Extended Service Plan, and certain service procedures including, but not limited to, inspections, collision and warranty work, discounted or clearanced merchandise, see store for details). Your first loyalty reward coupon is available at 100 points. Once you decide to redeem a coupon, the points will automatically subtract from your total. Reward points may not be used towards the purchase of a motorcycle. The Loyalty Rewards Program is reset on February 1st of each year. It is important to redeem all reward certificates before February 1st. After this date all reward points are set to "0" and accumulation of points begins with purchases on February 2nd.
How To Track Your Points
Points are accumulated through purchases and special promotions and will be posted within 24-48 hours of the purchase or special promotion.
How To Use Your Points
Easily log in to your account using your e-mail address to see your account activity and print off your reward coupons. Points will be available for use on your next purchase after a reward level is achieved.

Terms and Conditions
Points are automatically credited to your Loyalty Rewards account with each qualifying purchase at Loess Hills Harley-Davidson®. Rewards will be available 24-48 hours after purchase.
Points awarded with Loess Hills Harley-Davidson® Loyalty Rewards expire on February 1st of each calendar year. Points do not rollover to the following year.
Picture ID will be required and only the Loess Hills Harley-Davidson® Rewards account holder may redeem points.
Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed and placed on account.
Reward certificates must be redeemed within 30 days of the print date.
Points are not awarded for gift card purchases.
Points are not awarded for purchasing Pre-Paid Maintenance Plans (PPM) or Extended Service Plans (ESP) or insurance products.
Points are not awarded for the following types of service work (wreck repairs, warranty work, extended service plan work, inspections). Other non-retail service may be added at any time.
Loess Hills Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to discontinue Loyalty Reward privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if points have been issued, received, or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program. Loess Hills Harley-Davidson® also reserves the right to modify or cancel the Loyalty Rewards Program at anytime.
Any or all discrepancies are decided by the Loess Hills Harley-Davidson® management and the decision is final.
Employees of Loess Hills Harley-Davidson® are not eligible for the program.
